Empire Home Remodeling is growing fast, and we're looking for energetic, enthusiastic, goal-focused individuals to join our Canvassing Team. In this role, you'll engage directly with homeowners, introduce them to our services, and offer free, no-obligation appointment with our design consultants.
This position is perfect for someone who loves face-to-face interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build genuine rapport with potential customers.
Essential Functions
Memorize and confidently deliver approved sales scripts and statements Go door-to-door to introduce Empire Home Remodeling products to potential and existing customers Gather contact information from leads for follow-up Answer questions and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism Work a flexible schedule, including early evenings and weekends Walk long distances as part of daily canvassing Travel within the sales territory established by Empire Home Remodeling Qualifications

$18 per hour + incentives High performers can earn $30-$35 per hour when hitting incentive goals
