Your role in our Mission
We are seeking a dedicated fulfillment operations specialist who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our transit smartcard programs. In this role, you will be responsible for adhering to strict financial controls and standards, working closely with your immediate supervisor, other department managers and directly with the transit authorities to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment of cards.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and Core Duties:
Oversee the daily processing of replacement requests
Oversee monthly fulfillment of SmartCard Transit related products
Manage Transit Authority Product Offerings and pricing as needed
Identify program and application improvements
Interact with and resolve pre‑tax participant issues
Handle and log returns as needed
Train (internal and external) audiences pertaining to program guidelines and requirements
Support general operations and other department team members to meet mutual goals
Process month fulfillment to be completed monthly
Oversee credit processing and monthly reconciliation
Skills:
Able to search for and obtain information utilizing the internet and other available sources
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Skills Experience:
A minimum of two years related experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain.
