Position: Prism C# Developer (Hybrid Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid) Visa: GC or USC (no OPT or H1B) Interview Process - project confirmation round can be onsite

Develop and maintain applications using C# and the Prism framework to deliver scalable and reliable solutions for financial services platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers to define and implement new features and enhancements. Design and implement robust, efficient, and reusable code adhering to best practices and high standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial services applications, ensuring minimal disruption to end users. Optimize application performance to handle large datasets and high-volume transactions. Work with front-end and back-end teams to integrate APIs, third-party services, and data sources into applications. Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and consistency across the development team. Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and internal security policies. Required Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in C# and the Prism framework. Proven experience in software development for the financial services industry. Experience working with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and database optimization. Understanding of financial services concepts such as trading platforms, risk management, and financial reporting. Experience with cloud technologies and services, preferably AWS or Azure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a hybrid team environment. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. Familiarity with financial data integration and reporting tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar). Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
