We operate as a small, fast-moving, highly collaborative team. Priorities can shift quickly, timelines can tighten, and creativity often happens in real time. We're looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer who can help us create visual assets that align with our brand mission.
The Role
We're looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital, social, and e-commerce touchpoints. You'll help shape how our brand shows up visually by supporting launches, campaigns, email, web, and socials.
This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion and activewear, understands social-first design, and can move quickly while keeping a sharp eye for detail.
What You'll Do
● Design on-brand creative assets for social media, email marketing, website, and paid ads
● Create graphics for Instagram (feed, stories, reels covers), TikTok, and other social platforms
● Design emails and promotional graphics
● Assist with website graphics, landing pages, and e-commerce visuals
What We're Looking For
● A strong conceptual thinker who can take a campaign idea and translate it into a cohesive, conversion-focused visual system across social, email, and web.
● 2-4+ years of experience in graphic design (fashion, activewear, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus)
● Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design and brand consistency
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
● Strong understanding of social media design best practices
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment
● A great eye for typography, layout, color, and composition
● Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
● A passion for design and brand storytelling
● Experienced in leveraging AI to support creative ideation and execution
Required Experience
● Minimum 2–4 years in-house or agency design experience
● Portfolio must show complete campaigns, not just individual posts
● Adobe Creative Suite
