An excellent opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join a data-driven organization and play a key role in shaping risk, operations, and revenue strategy. This role sits at the intersection of analytics and decision-making, using data to drive occupancy growth while minimizing credit risk and operational costs.
You’ll start by partnering closely with the Risk function, then expand your impact across Operations and Revenue teams, working directly with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic outcomes.
THE ROLE
A highly analytical, cross-functional position with visibility at the executive level.
Analyze resident screening performance and outcomes Use SQL to extract data from data warehouses and BI tools Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, trade-offs, and optimization opportunities Conduct root-cause analysis on KPIs related to risk, occupancy, and performance Develop projections and data-backed recommendations Prepare executive-ready presentations and insights Identify opportunities to improve data quality and process integrity Partner with Analytics, Risk, Operations, and Revenue teams on broader initiatives
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.) 5+ years in a business or data analysis role Strong SQL skills (complex queries) Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups) Python for data manipulation and analysis Experience aggregating, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Nice to have:
Experience in credit policy, pricing, or risk analytics Consulting background Statistical or model development experience (regression, ML, hypothesis testing, model monitoring)
