Summary We need someone who will safeguard the brand’s presence across all Americas markets by monitoring online and offline channels for MAP violations, unauthorized sellers, product integrity risks, and pricing erosion. You’ll drive investigative actions, coordinate test buys, and collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Global Brand Protection to ensure a clean, compliant, high-trust marketplace for consumers and retail partners.
Responsibilities Monitor Amazon, marketplaces, and retailer sites for MAP violations, unauthorized sellers, and pricing erosion—logging issues and driving remediation. Conduct routine product, seller, and ASIN investigations using tools, distributor reports, and cross-market audits. Manage test buys, evidence gathering, and case documentation to support enforcement letters, takedowns, or legal action. Partner with Legal, Sales, and Global Brand Protection to execute enforcement strategies and maintain an Americas-wide compliance framework. Track trends, report weekly insights, quantify channel risk, and escalate critical issues impacting brand equity or retailer relationships. Maintain product catalogs, approved seller lists, MAP documentation, workflows, and playbooks for internal alignment and distributor adherence.
Qualifications 2 years experience in eCommerce, brand protection, compliance, operations, sales operations, or marketplace analytics. Strong analytical and investigative skills with ability to interpret pricing data, seller patterns, and product integrity issues. High proficiency with Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and monitoring tools Experience working with legal teams, enforcement workflows, or case documentation. Strong written communication skills for reporting, escalations, and enforcement letters. Organized and process-driven with ability to manage multiple investigations at once.
Preferred Experience Amazon (VC/SC), marketplace compliance, or brand protection experience. Understanding of MAP policy frameworks and reseller agreements. Experience with global teams or multi-country enforcement programs (US, CA, MX, LATAM).
