Senior / Staff UX Designer Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site 5 days/week – SSC) Duration: 12-Month Contract Travel: 10–15% (user validation & pilot support)
Role Overview We are seeking a Senior or Staff UX Designer to support a supply chain product focused on Distribution, Fulfillment, and Warehousing. This role requires full end-to-end UX ownership — from discovery and research through design and validation — within a complex enterprise environment. You will report to the UX leader and partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers working on the same application. Responsibilities
Lead discovery, user research, workflow mapping, wireframes, and validation Design complex workflows for enterprise web applications (desktop and mobile) Work within and contribute to an established design system Collaborate with PM and Engineering to define scope and estimate deliverables Facilitate user validation sessions and support pilots as needed Qualifications
Strong E2E UX experience in complex, workflow-driven applications Experience with design systems and enterprise web products Proficiency in Figma and Miro (AI-enabled tools like Figma Make are a plus) Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in evolving environments
