We are seeking an experienced community development finance leader to originate, structure, and manage complex tax credit financing transactions that drive meaningful economic impact.
This role is responsible for generating and underwriting New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC), Historic Tax Credit (HTC), and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) loans and investments, including construction, bridge, and permanent financing. The SVP will structure sophisticated capital stacks, negotiate credit terms, collaborate with legal and financial partners, and ensure sound underwriting that balances risk and impact.

In addition to lending responsibilities, this leader will support tax credit allocation strategy, investor and lender relationships, pipeline development, and annual program applications. The role partners closely with executive leadership to develop budgets, marketing strategies, and credit policy, while promoting strong community reinvestment and development outcomes.
