Overview
Responsible for leasing rental units, marketing properties, and ensuring units are move-in ready while maintaining positive tenant relations.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Leasing Advertise and promote available properties. Respond to inquiries and showcase rental units. Process applications, lease renewals, and rent increases. Maintain reports on prospective tenants and market trends. Assist with rent collection and tenant referrals.
Property Management Schedule and oversee unit repairs and inspections. Ensure rental units are market-ready. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections. Support emergency property needs.
Qualifications High school diploma required. At least one year of leasing experience. Professional appearance and communication skills. Ability to interact with diverse individuals. On-site living may be required.
Compensation & Benefits Full-time (40+ hours per week). Salary + commission for quick lease turnovers. Annual performance and salary review. Two weeks paid vacation after one year. Nine holidays + up to five sick days annually. Business gas reimbursement. Employer covers two-thirds of health insurance.
