Incline Marketing Executives is hiring a Brand Engagement & Marketing Assistant in Pittsburgh, PA.

This is
not
a telemarketing or call center position. This role focuses on
direct, in-person marketing, promotions, and sales , making it ideal for individuals interested in growing their careers in marketing, communications, or customer-facing sales.
Key Responsibilities Present and promote products and services directly to customers in
retail and event settings Provide exceptional customer service while guiding customers through the sales process Execute promotional marketing campaigns and represent brand messaging professionally Work collaboratively with team members and client partners to improve campaign performance Support and mentor new team members through hands-on training and knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a people-first mindset Background in marketing, customer service, communications, or sales is a plus (not required) Ability to work onsite daily in the Pittsburgh, PA area Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn Available to start within 1–2 weeks if selected
