Job Summary:

We’re looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our Miami office team. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in Customer Service within the rapidly growing animal health pharmaceutical industry.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Provide courteous, professional, and “world class” experience to every customer. To include supplying accurate account information, assisting with order issues, and processing customer orders. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, offering solutions and alternatives. Build trust and strong relationships by understanding customer needs and educating them on suitable products and solutions. Maintain accurate customer database in NetSuite CRM and verify all required licenses from veterinarians and hospitals. Maintain core product knowledge and connect customers with internal experts when necessary. Prepare reports and correspondence as needed, and perform other related tasks assigned by management. Bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn while embracing coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications and Requirements: One to three years previous customer service or call-center experience or equivalent. High school diploma or equivalent; college associates preferred. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Commitment to high standards. Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency on Netsuite or comparable CRM a plus. Interest in animal health, medical, or pharmaceutical fields is a bonus.
