Salesforce nCino Consultant (Atlanta)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting nCino Bank Operating System solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial services domain implementations, particularly in commercial lending, retail banking, or loan origination processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end implementation of nCino solutions on the Salesforce platform. Gather and analyze business requirements related to lending, onboarding, and banking workflows. Configure nCino modules, including Commercial Loan Origination, Retail Banking, Deposit Account Opening, and Treasury Management. Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and integrations as required. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Design and manage integrations with core banking systems, credit bureaus, and third-party platforms. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security standards. Provide production support, enhancements, and optimization of existing nCino implementations. Participate in data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development and configuration. 2+ years of hands-on experience with nCino implementation. Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle, loan origination, underwriting, and credit processes. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. Experience integrating Salesforce/nCino with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience. Preferred Qualifications: nCino certification. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II). Experience in the banking or financial services industry. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
