We’re hiring
MEP Superintendents / Inspectors
to support a large‑scale
mission‑critical data center build
for a top GC. This role has a strong
electrical & mechanical focus
and will be involved from construction through startup and commissioning.
What You’ll Do: Oversee MEP construction, startup, and commissioning activities Develop and manage
MEP critical path schedules Coordinate subcontractors, equipment procurement, and deliveries Review MEP submittals and enforce quality control Support third‑party commissioning and manage documentation Create MOPs for critical/live environments What We’re Looking For: Data center / mission‑critical construction experience
required Strong electrical & mechanical background Experience with
Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
preferred Background with major MEP subs (Vertiv, Schneider, Siemens, ABB, Eaton, etc.) a plus US Citizen or Green Card required Compensation: Senior Construction Superintendent: $50-65/hour Non-local candidates receive government‑rate per diem (7 days/week, tax‑free)
