About the Role The Senior Estimator leads the detailed pricing and bid development of large, complex design-build projects. This role is responsible for assembling complete, accurate, and competitive project pricing from early design budgets through final GMP or lump sum proposal.

Core Responsibilities Develop detailed trade scopes and bid packages Solicit, qualify, and manage subcontractor bid coverage Level subcontractor proposals for scope alignment and completeness Identify scope gaps, overlaps, and constructability concerns Build detailed project budgets and cost summaries Prepare clear assumptions, clarifications, and exclusions Support value engineering and cost refinement during design development Coordinate clean turnover to project management and field teams

Qualifications 5 to 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction 3+ years of dedicated estimating experience assembling detailed project pricing Ground-up project experience for facilities exceeding $10 million in construction value Well-rounded construction trade knowledge in commercial or industrial projects Experience soliciting, evaluating, and leveling subcontractor bids Design-build experience preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
