Must Haves: 5+ years of experience developing organic social content strategies across platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging channels Proven ability to lead creative‑forward organic social initiatives, from strategy and briefing through content production and publishing Strong understanding of platform‑native best practices, formats, trends, and user behavior Experience developing content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign‑level narratives for organic social Demonstrated experience partnering with creative agencies and internal creative teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into content optimization and iteration recommendations Experience aligning organic social strategies with broader brand, marketing, and messaging goals
