As the Head of Distributed Order Management, you will define and execute the strategy for modernizing and scaling enterprise-wide order management capabilities. You will lead transformation initiatives that enhance customer order commitment, optimize logistics networks, and improve inventory performance — all while building a future-ready digital architecture.

What You’ll Do Define and champion a compelling strategy and multi-year roadmap for Distributed Order Management aligned with enterprise goals Own the technology vision, architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of the DOM platform Lead solution discovery workshops and translate complex business challenges into clear, executable outcomes Drive modernization initiatives using advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, automation, and emerging technologies Architect scalable, foundational systems that deliver quick wins while enabling long-term enterprise growth Ensure strong data governance and master data integrity across order management processes Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, manufacturing, product teams, IT, and senior leadership to align order commitments with business strategy Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement Build and mentor a high-performing DOM team, defining critical skillsets and driving continuous development Oversee vendor relationships and support contract negotiations

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, or related STEM field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Advanced Order Management solutions end-to-end within the manufacturing industry Order processing Scheduling Sourcing and routing optimization Order orchestration and fulfillment

Preferred Qualifications Decisive, forward-thinking leader who navigates ambiguity with confidence Strong functional expertise in order fulfillment and inventory optimization Deep understanding of software architecture and enterprise system design Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including AI and automation Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across functions Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations Ability to thrive in fast-paced, interrupt-driven environments High energy, self-motivated, and committed to fostering a culture of accountability and integrity
