Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Boomi Developer
to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations using the
Boomi AtomSphere
platform to connect diverse enterprise applications and systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of integration principles, data transformation, and API design. Experience with
Boomi Master Data Hub (MDM)
and
Boomi Flow
is preferred but not required.
This role will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient integration solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain integrations between various enterprise systems using the Boomi AtomSphere platform (including REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, and database integrations).
Process Design & Implementation: Develop reusable Boomi processes for data synchronization, transformation, and workflow automation; ensure processes are optimized for performance and maintainability.
Deployment & Maintenance: Manage deployment across environments (development, test, production) and maintain Boomi Atoms and Molecules for reliable operation.
Error Handling & Monitoring: Implement robust error handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms for Boomi integrations; monitor integrations to ensure accuracy and uptime.
Documentation: Create and maintain design documents, mapping specifications, and operational guides for Boomi integrations and components.
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with project managers, solution architects, and functional leads to define requirements, validate designs, and support end-to-end integration delivery.
Innovation & Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve integration efficiency, scalability, and performance. Recommend best practices for integration development and governance.

Boomi MDM (Master Data Hub):
Support design and implementation of centralized data management strategies to ensure data consistency across systems. Boomi Flow:
Develop workflow automation and low-code applications to enhance process efficiency and user experience.
Key Requirements
Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years of hands-on experience
developing and supporting integrations using
Boomi AtomSphere . Proven experience designing integration solutions involving
ERP, CRM, and cloud-based systems
(e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite,
JD Edwards , Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong understanding of
API-based integrations, data transformation, and middleware architecture . Experience with
Boomi MDM
and/or
Boomi Flow
is a
plus
but not required. Familiarity with
cloud environments
(AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud) preferred. Skills:
Strong knowledge of
Boomi AtomSphere components , including connectors, profiles, processes, and maps. Proficiency in
XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and SQL . Understanding of
data integration patterns, ETL concepts, and workflow automation . Excellent troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications (Preferred):
Boomi Professional Developer Certification
or
Boomi Associate Developer Certification . Boomi MDM
