As a Senior Product Owner at Micron, you will receive a distinctive opportunity to lead and grow our foremost smart manufacturing solutions. You will be part of the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence team and coordinate projects involving advanced automation, AI, and generative AI technologies to enhance our processes.
Responsibilities
Lead and refine the strategic roadmap of yield smart manufacturing solutions (YMS applications), coordinating with business users to gather and evaluate information related to YMS projects.
Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in current solutions, including opportunities for improvements using artificial intelligence.
Define business solutions and propose projects for implementation, demonstrating AI and GenAI technologies where applicable.
Lead projects and activities requiring coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Use metrics and performance data to find opportunities for improvement, including predictive analytics and intelligent decision support.
Provide domain and system expertise; collaborate with data scientists to perform data analysis and identify yield opportunities on critical yield ramp challenges using AI/ML models.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering.
5 years of experience in a Process Integration Engineering (PIE) or Process Equipment Engineering department.
Possess strong domain knowledge of fab processes and a good understanding of probe and param functions; experienced in yield improvement activities.
Established background in guiding and handling projects, with strong proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in guiding and handling projects. Proficiency in program or project management expertise.
Deep commitment to Data Science (DS) or equivalent experience, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI (GenAI), along with a strong desire to apply these innovations to smart manufacturing and yield optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent in communication, teamwork, and collaboration with other departments.
Experience operationalizing analytics/AI solutions into balanced tools/workflows with clear metrics and user adoption.
