Our client in Duluth, GA is seeking a highly detail-oriented
Data Entry Specialist
to support administrative operations by entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information across internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable handling highvolume data with precision.
Key Responsibilities Accurately input and update data from paper and electronic sources into internal databases and software platforms.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; correct any discrepancies as needed.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records for quick retrieval.
Perform routine data quality checks to ensure system integrity and compliance standards.
Generate basic reports as requested by management or internal teams.
Communicate with internal departments to clarify data inconsistencies or obtain missing information.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 50-60 WPM preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite-especially Excel-for data entry, tracking, and validation.
Experience with ERP, HRIS, CRM, or medical/benefits systems is a plus (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, Workday - based on similar roles you've supported).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
