- El Paso, TX Office (M-F Daily) The Billing Analyst is responsible for outbound collections and inbound billing support, working closely with merchants and internal teams (Sales and CX) to resolve billing issues and reduce delinquency. This role plays a key part in improving payment success rates, resolving failed payments, and ensuring billing accuracy across accounts. Core Responsibilities
Conduct outbound collections calls and manage delinquent accounts Resolve inbound billing questions from merchants and internal teams Process payments, credits, and payment arrangements according to policy Document account activity and outcomes in billing and CRM systems Identify recurring billing issues and escalate trends or risks Success in This Role Looks Like
Consistent follow-up and resolution of past-due balances Accurate documentation and policy-compliant billing actions Strong collaboration with Sales, CX, and Retention teams Professional handling of sensitive billing and collections conversations Preferred Background

We also have two offices in Colorado if you ever want to make a move!
