
Account Documentation Reviewer
This role focuses on reviewing and approving new account documentation and performing general account maintenance. It is a high-volume, process-driven position requiring strong accuracy, data entry skills, and comfort working across multiple internal systems. The work supports a pilot program related to secure lines of credit. Responsibilities include: Approval of new account documentation General maintenance of accounts Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree preferred Software/Systems Skills Required/Preferred: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft products Skills: Data entry Microsoft Office Account management Oracle Data management Beta Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1+ year of data entry experience 1+ year of financial services industry experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and stay organized Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Self-starter with motivation to learn and adapt Preferred: Bachelor's degree Experience with Oracle or similar systems Experience reviewing and processing forms Experience Level: Intermediate Level Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
