Litigation Paralegal
to join their Forest Hills, Queens office full-time. This is a dynamic opportunity for a process-oriented, tech-savvy paralegal who thrives on owning their workflow and making a direct impact on case outcomes.
What You'll Do as the Litigation Paralegal: Support attorneys on a full caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through trial Draft and manage medical summaries, discovery documents, and settlement materials Track case progress and deadlines in Filevine and Lead Docket Schedule and coordinate depositions, IMEs, mediations, and court appearances Interface with clients, providers, and insurance carriers to gather and organize critical case information Anticipate workflow challenges and proactively improve processes and case efficiency Prepare trial-ready files and ensure ongoing documentation quality
Must-Haves as the Litigation Paralegal: 5 to 8 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law Strong proficiency with Filevine; experience with Lead Docket preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage a high caseload with minimal oversight Clear, professional communication skills with clients and legal professionals High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Haves as the Litigation Paralegal: Familiarity with trial preparation and support Experience using AI-driven legal tech or document automation tools A proactive approach to streamlining workflows and improving case management systems
