Inside Sales Executive — Class 1 Inventory | DFW | In-Office
Class 1 Inventory
is a rapidly expanding surgical supply distributor serving hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide. We specialize in high-demand OEM surgical disposables and deliver critical inventory when traditional distributors fall short — with speed, reliability, and trust. We're building a best-in-class sales organization and we're looking for one thing above all else:
people who don't take no for an answer. The Opportunity This is not a role for someone looking to coast. This is a role for someone who wakes up hungry, picks up the phone with confidence, and knows that every no is just one step closer to a yes. You'll be selling high ticket surgical supplies to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and medical clinics — high value, high impact, and high reward. You will work directly with leadership, receive hands-on sales training and live call coaching, and have a clear path to grow into leadership as we scale.
We don't just hire people here. We develop them. What You'll Do Execute 60–100+ outbound calls daily to healthcare decision-makers — OR managers, purchasing directors, and supply chain executives. You'll prospect, qualify, present, and close. You'll manage your pipeline with discipline, respond to inbound opportunities with urgency, and build lasting relationships that generate recurring revenue. This is a full-cycle sales role where your activity directly determines your income. What We're Looking For We want ambitious, resilient, results-driven professionals who thrive under pressure and hold themselves accountable without being told to. You're coachable but confident. You're competitive but a team player. You don't make excuses — you make calls. Specifically you bring 2 to 5 or more years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota, strong prospecting and closing skills, excellent phone presence, CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Healthcare, medical device, or surgical supply experience is a plus — but hunger and drive matter more than your resume. Compensation & Benefits
