Our client, a well established legal services provider, is seeking experienced Senior Account Executives with a proven track record selling Court Reporting services into law firms. This is a high impact revenue generating role focused on expanding territory presence and leveraging an existing legal network.
About the Role
This is not an entry level sales role. Candidates must bring direct Court Reporting sales experience and an established rolodex within their territory.
Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new leads while growing an existing book of business Leverage strong legal industry contacts to drive new revenue Develop and maintain a robust customer database Create and deliver presentations of services to prospective and existing law firm clients Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities Collaborate with customer service to manage case progress and ensure client satisfaction Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences Monitor competitor pricing and market trends Maintain accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting Deliver product training and follow up to ensure client retention
Qualifications
Five to ten years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms Strong existing rolodex within assigned territory Demonstrated success in B2B legal services sales Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills Bachelor’s degree required Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
