Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Medical Device Sales Assistant. In this role, you will directly support Territory Sales Managers by providing high-level surgical case coverage and operational support. Responsibilities include being a dependable asset in the operating room during cases involving implants, ensuring proper instrument and implant availability, and managing logistics across the territory so customers consistently have what they need to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Qualifications • Willingness to learn and become proficient in medical terminology and core clinical/medical assisting concepts • Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, unpredictable clinical environment • Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to perform at a high level without direct supervision • Flexibility to work nontraditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends • Strong reliability, professionalism, and ability to perform under pressure in surgical settings
