This is a full-time, on-site role with hands-on coaching and advancement through our Management Training Program.
Role Overview The Sports-Minded Sales Representative plays a key role in customer interaction, in-store brand support, and sales performance while developing leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Responsibilities Engage with customers and communicate product and service information Support in-store promotions and brand campaigns Deliver a positive and professional customer experience Contribute to team sales goals and performance standards Share customer feedback and insights with leadership
Qualifications Competitive, team-oriented mindset Strong communication and people skills Coachable, reliable, and goal-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person retail environment Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
