Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Representative. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding customer base within the designated territory. Additional responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing customer support, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to promote growth for Solomon Colors’ range of products and services.
Qualifications Minimum of 8 Years of Sales Experience, selling to and in the Concrete Construction Industry Sales to Ready-Mix Suppliers and Block/Paver Manufactures a plus. Must reside in the Territory.
NJ, NY, CT, NE, NH, VT, MA and ME. Position requires 40–50% travel, including overnight travel as needed, to effectively manage and grow the assigned sales territory. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships Knowledge of the concrete or construction industry, with experience in product promotion and consultation Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote and independent environment Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new technologies and applications Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within a designated territory Prior sales experience in B2B environments is an advantage Benefits Include Competitive base salary + Commission, ESOP, 401k, medical, dental and company vehicle included.
