Inside Sales Engineer

Location: Southern CT / Westchester – In-office (5 days initially) Industry Focus: Manufacturing About the Role We are seeking a technically fluent Inside Sales Engineer to manage and grow manufacturing accounts while supporting outbound sales initiatives. This role is primarily account management focused, with opportunity to drive incremental business through proactive outreach and solution development. You will serve as a key contact for customers and a strategic partner to the outside sales team. Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of manufacturing accounts Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Support outside sales reps on large or strategic opportunities Provide technical product guidance and solution recommendations Respond to inbound inquiries and develop outbound opportunities Maintain strong CRM discipline and follow-up processes What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of B2B sales or technical sales experience Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial customers preferred Strong communication skills and customer follow-through Ability to understand technical product applications Team-oriented and process-driven Commutable to CT office (remote flexibility after ramp-up)
