Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Notary Public located in Orange, CA. The Notary Public will be responsible for notarizing legal documents, verifying the identity of document signers, witnessing signatures, and ensuring the proper execution of documents. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of notarial acts, providing general information about notarization processes to clients, and traveling to client locations as required. The role may also involve providing support for document preparation, printing, scanning, and copying services.

Qualifications Certified Notary Public with knowledge of legal requirements and compliance Experience in legal document preparation and an understanding of document execution procedures Familiarity with family law and other legal areas related to notarial services Strong research skills and attention to detail for ensuring document accuracy and compliance Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Orange, CA, with flexible availability for client appointments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling notary services Previous experience in customer service or legal industry is a plus
