Position Overview

We are looking for a rockstar Account Executive

candidate who has relative outside sales experience in closing sales deals. The successful candidate is able to generate sales leads to bring on new clients and maintain and grow relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal membership solution with Wed Society® | Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding goals.

Responsibilities Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting, building a full pipeline, and closing membership to new accounts Conducts effective

virtual & in-person meetings

with accounts to close deals Maintains client communication and ensures client satisfaction through strong relationships to ensure long-term success Generates revenue and meets/exceeds established sales targets

Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2-3 years of sales experience Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices Strong client service relationship-building skills Proven work experience as a successful Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role Excellent communication (verbal, written & presentation), negotiation, and closing skills Independent; self-motivated; competitive; resilient Proficient in customer relationship management software such as HubSpot Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them Must have primary residence in Virginia, ideally live within the Northern VA area or within a 1.5 hour commute (Fairfax, Loudon, Prince William, Fauquier, Warren, Stafford, Culpeper, Madison, Rappahannock, Warren and Clarke counties are ideal) Position is Salary + Commission. Account Executive will work from home with in-person client visits regularly

in the marketplace and occasional additional travel outside of the market for special events.

Candidates located in Northern Virginia area preferred.
