Responsibilities Own customer retention by building strong relationships, addressing concerns, and preventing cancellations Execute proactive retention and account management strategies to grow revenue and profitability Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and on-demand service opportunities Communicate pricing and service strategies clearly and effectively Develop proposals and recommendations based on customer needs, operational analysis, and market conditions Generate and qualify leads for internal sales partners Maintain accurate activity, pricing, and account data using CRM and sales tools
Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage and retain complex accounts Demonstrated leadership and consultative selling capabilities Bachelor’s degree preferred
