Must-Have Skills: Proven ability to generate and cultivate new sales leads. Strong communication skills with an understanding of the sales process. Experience managing a personal lines book of business. Demonstrated success in setting and achieving ambitious revenue goals (e.g., $50k-$100k/year). Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Nice-to-Have Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Current book of business that you own. Desire and capability to grow a book to $500k in revenue. Experience in developing specific niches within personal lines insurance. Resourceful and efficient in budget allocation to support sales outcomes.
