Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Coordinator located in Carmel, IN. The Client Relations Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with clients, managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, collecting payment, ensuring consent forms are signed, overseeing customer relationships, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong communication and client relations skills, with the ability to engage effectively and build positive relationships with clients. Proficiency in customer service with a client-first approach to ensure an exceptional experience. Excellent organization and project management skills to handle appointments and multiple tasks effectively. Attention to detail and ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare sector is a plus.
