Position Overview The Junior Account Manager is a dynamic, high-visibility role that includes
account management, social media strategy, and Google Ads execution . This role works closely with our clients and Executive Team, serving as a strategic partner and hands-on marketer. This position is ideal for a driven, tech-savvy professional who is confident in client communication, modern digital tools like AI, and eager to grow into senior leadership roles as the agency expands. This is
not
a passive support role — it is a career-building opportunity with direct exposure to decision-makers, clients, and agency leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients via meetings, calls, and email Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and campaign execution Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple accounts Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, performance reports, and strategic recommendations Ensure client expectations align with agreed-upon strategy, scope, and budgets Design and coordinate creative assets using Canva, including templated reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials Analyze performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement across all marketing channels Utilize
HubSpot
for CRM, email marketing, automation, campaign tracking, and performance reporting Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Create, schedule, and manage content calendars using tools such as Hootsuite or comparable social media management platforms Strategically guide the copywriting, oversee the design, and optimize client social media posts to align with client brand voice, campaign goals, and audience engagement Create interactive social media content, including polls, questions, engagement-driven posts, and audience prompts Develop and manage carousel ads, sponsored posts, and other paid media assets through the Meta Business platform, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, responding or coordinating responses as appropriate Google Ads Management Build, manage, and optimize campaigns within
Google Ads , operating under a
Google Ads Partner account Monitor budgets, conversions, and ROI to ensure campaign efficiency Provide clear, data-driven insights and reporting to clients and internal teams Stay current on best practices, platform updates, and compliance standards
Leadership, Visibility & Agency Growth Demonstrate leadership through management of accounts, campaigns, and results Contribute ideas to improve agency processes, offerings, and client outcomes Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, media, and copy teams Support training or mentoring of junior team members as the agency grows Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into client strategies and internal processes
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or ad agency experience preferred Hands-on experience with
Google Ads
(certification is a plus) Experience managing and executing social media campaigns, platforms, and paid social ads Working knowledge of
ChatGPT, Canva, HubSpot, Meta Business platform, Google Ads, and Hootsuite or comparable tools Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and performance metrics Confident, professional presence with clients and leadership Strong organizational and time-management skills Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data and campaign results
