Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Summerfield, FL, for a Provider Relations Representative. Responsibilities include managing and developing relationships with healthcare providers, coordinating network development efforts, ensuring proper credentialing processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include facilitating provider training sessions and acting as a resource for healthcare professionals within the network.
Qualifications Expertise in Provider Relations and Network Development Proficiency in Credentialing processes Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Training and relationship-building with healthcare providers Ability to work collaboratively and independently in on-site environments Proven problem-solving and organizational skills Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is advantageous
