Are you an established MedTech or Pharma events professional who wants real ownership, not just logistics?

Maybe you’re buried inside a large marketing function, executing someone else’s strategy, and ready to OWN high-impact medical congresses that actually move pipeline, perception, and industry-changing adoption.

Working within a fast-growing, innovation-led medical technology & robotics business, you’ll sit at the center of how the brand shows up in front of surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across the most important therapy meetings globally.

This is a senior individual contributor role with real influence.

Hands-on, highly visible, and trusted to execute without layers of bureaucracy. As the business scales commercial traction and clinical adoption, events are not “supporting activity” but instead are a core commercial lever.

The organization needs someone who can turn congress presence into measurable impact, not just a nice-looking booth. It is execution-heavy, detail-driven, and cross-functional.

The role owns end-to-end strategy and delivery of major national congresses, regional meetings, customer workshops, and internal events; from planning and budgeting through on-site execution and post-event ROI.

You’ll build the calendar, run the timelines, manage vendors, control spend, and ensure every event reflects brand credibility, regulatory discipline, and commercial intent.

This role is critical for upcoming flagship meetings and will be relied on immediately to deliver complex, high-visibility events with minimal hand-holding.

Your background: • 3+ years’ experience leading marketing events within MedTech, medical devices, life sciences, pharmaceutical or healthcare • Proven ownership of large-scale medical congresses or multi-stakeholder physician led events • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail • Experience owning budgets, negotiating contracts, and managing agencies and vendors • Confident working with Sales, Clinical, Marketing, and Executive stakeholders

Nice-to-have: • Experience in surgical, procedural, or capital equipment environments • Exposure to surgical/ O.R-based specialties • Hands-on booth build, AV, live demo, and on-site logistics experience

Who this suits: • Someone who prefers owning outcomes over coordinating tasks • Comfortable being hands-on and accountable • Commercially minded, not “events-for-events’ sake” • Calm under pressure and credible with senior stakeholders • Motivated by building something scalable, not maintaining legacy processes
