Inside Sales Representative
to support contractors and business customers. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who wants
strong base pay, uncapped commission, and long-term growth .
Compensation Pay:
Base salary +
unlimited uncapped commission Typical annual earnings:
$48,000 – $80,000+ Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone and in person Generate sales through inbound inquiries and proactive outbound outreach Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate data entry Follow up on open quotes to close sales Coordinate with internal teams to support timely deliveries Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers
Qualifications 1+ year of experience in
sales, inside sales, or customer service Experience in
construction & building materials
strongly preferred Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
