The AT&T Sales & Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for managing accounts, simplifying complex products, and finalizing sales. What You Will Do as a AT&T Sales & Customer Service Assistant: Conduct in-person consultations with business clients to assess their current needs. Recommend and sell specific AT&T packages that solve the customer's pain points. Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Focus on selling B2B tailored solutions, including fiber optics and wireless data plans. Organize and manage a list of business leads within a specific geographic area. uphold the high standards of Limitless Management and AT&T in every interaction. Ensure all sales paperwork and digital contracts are completed accurately. Attend daily workshops to refine your customer service and sales techniques.
