who has familiarity with real estate litigation to join their thriving practice.
Position Overview As a
Business Litigation Associate , you will work closely with partners and senior litigators on high-stakes litigation cases across a wide range of industries. You’ll manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal, including:
Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs Handling written and deposition discovery Arguing motions in state and federal court Taking and defending depositions Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations Supporting trial preparation and strategy
This is a full-time
onsite
role based in
Century City, CA , offering substantial client and courtroom exposure.
Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active membership in the California State Bar 4+ years of experience Familiarity with real estate litigation
