Facilities Pay: $50,000–$60,000 base salary (depending on experience) + uncapped commission About Our Client: Our client is a commercial facilities services company that prioritizes long-term customer relationships. They are looking to add to their Nashville region sales team. Job Description: This role focuses on generating new service business while developing long-term partnerships with commercial customers. The Account Manager will work closely with operations, dispatch, and technicians to support maintenance, service, and installation projects throughout the Nashville area. This position is ideal for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys autonomy with strong internal support.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new commercial service opportunities through prospecting and cold outreach. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers to understand service needs. Prepare and present quotes for planned maintenance agreements, service work, and replacement projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to support repeat and long-term business. Coordinate maintenance, service, and installation scheduling with dispatch and technician teams. Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer and pipeline reports. Participate in sales meetings and consistently meet or exceed performance goals.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred. 2+ years of business-to-business sales or account management experience. Experience selling services (HVAC, construction, mechanical, or related industries preferred). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Coachable mindset and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
