This role is based on-site, Monday-Friday, at our stunning San Francisco office based in the heart of the Financial District.

What You’ll Be Doing: Recruiting & Candidate Support Support clients with freelance, temporary, and temp-to-hire administrative hiring needs Source and screen candidates at all levels to add to existing talent pools of administrative and operations professionals Create and post job descriptions Lead phone screens and virtual/in-person interviews, screening for the best talent on the market Actively match candidates with top clients across various industries Pitch opportunities to qualified candidates with an ability to highlight what makes our client’s opportunities special Provide candidates with coaching, guidance, and career advice throughout the hiring process Present offers and support candidate acceptance Contribute ideas and strategies to grow Career Group’s candidate and client base Keep informed of new sourcing tools and recruiting strategies Utilize the firm’s database to maintain candidate information, as well as reactivate former candidates Attend networking events and job fairs Generate candidate referrals by ensuring a positive candidate experience
Client & Account Support Manage client relationships and deliver a high level of customer service Lead intake calls with HR leadership and hiring managers on new job orders Gather all pertinent details about the position and advise clients on the best way to proceed Act as a strategic thought partner, advising on best-fit matches and hiring strategies Present appropriate candidates in a timely manner and communicate any challenges and recommendations Coordinate all interview scheduling, collect feedback, and manage next steps throughout the process Educate clients and candidates on market trends and compensation Present offers and foster candidate acceptance
Operations & Collaboration Support onboarding efforts; check references, coordinate background checks, etc. Ensure compliance with payroll, accounting, and I9 procedures Maintain accurate candidate and job order data in Bullhorn
Sales Market our recruiting services to potential new businesses, as well as reactivate former clients Generate and follow up with leads and referrals from candidates and clients Collaborate with internal recruiting teams on shared clients and cross-selling opportunities Grow accounts by delivering the best recruiting services
What You Should Bring: A bachelor’s degree is highly desired 2+ years of client management, recruiting, HR, or management experience required Experience in Public Relations, Management, or Consulting firms preferred Stability and proven track record of building strong relationships A natural ability to communicate and network Warm and engaging communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong time-management skills Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other search platforms and job boards Experience with Bullhorn or other ATS and CRM databases

Salary plus an excellent commission structure, benefits package, and perks.
The salary range is $65,000-$85,000 DOE
