WE CAN’T DO IT WITHOUT YOU As a Window Sales Specialist, you are Shaw/Stewart’s subject matter expert in all things windows. Your detailed product knowledge and input will be the foundation to guiding customers to the right recommendations and solutions for their needs. In this role, you will cultivate and build valuable relationships with the new customers you acquire.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Achieve sales and gross margin budget Develop and execute business plan Develop new business in core focus area Execute company sales process Relationship management

THIS IS YOU The successful Window Specialist is knowledgeable in window and door basics and proficient in plan and specification review. This individual will be responsible for sales growth through prospecting and for providing responsive service to customers. Window Specialists are eager, tenacious, self-motivated and proactive. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key.

Minimum Requirements: 3 years of proven window and door sales success Understanding of window and door code requirements Experience with field measurements Relationship development and management experience Proficient in plan and specification review Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel

Preferred Requirements: 3 years of proven construction or building material sales success Project Management experience

Salary: Base + Commission. Annual Comp estimate: $60,000-90,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, Critical Illness, 401k, PTO
