We’re looking for a Public Relations Account Executive to support a portfolio of real estate and luxury lifestyle clients. While our team is fully remote starting February 1st, this position
must be based in South Florida
(Miami‑Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach), allowing you to easily attend local client meetings, events, and press opportunities as needed.
What You’ll Do Secure top‑tier national and local media coverage for real estate, luxury, and lifestyle clients. Build and maintain strong journalist relationships across business, real estate, travel, and luxury outlets. Develop compelling media strategies and execute thoughtful pitching and proactive outreach. Support and attend client events, industry functions, and on‑site opportunities. Join clients and editors on domestic and international press trips. Mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership. Manage editorial calendars, track coverage, and oversee distribution of clips, deliverables, and budget documents.
What We’re Looking For 3+ years of PR experience, ideally within real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or agency environments. A strong pulse on real estate trends and established media contacts. Proven success executing high‑impact press events or campaigns. Experience working with major brands or larger‑scale budgets is a plus. Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with experience in editorial reporting and budget management. Prior experience mentoring or supervising junior staff. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
