Wisconsin Green Bay area and Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Jostens sales associates are responsible for assisting the senior sales representative in growing their businesses through customer development within their territories. Sales Associates will build relationships and work effectively with school administrators, athletic directors, coaches, teachers, and students. Sales associates will focus on helping students and their families celebrate the “moments that matter” in high school through our world class products such as class rings, championship rings, graduation regalia, apparel, letter jackets, and other recognition awards. They will represent the Jostens brand and shared values of accountability to customers, unwavering integrity, and respect for those we serve. will demonstrate the following strengths: Strong business and financial acumen Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability and comfort of delivering 20-30 minute high energy presentations to high school students Demonstrate ability in developing new business and maintaining customer relationships through great customer focus and attention to detail. Highly disciplined and self-motivated with personal accountability for your own success and development Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns both through digital and print to improve sales Regional/territory travel required within West Michigan every day. Must have a reliable vehicle. Compensation: Base Salary with competitive bonus structure based on growth and performance 401K Plan with Employer Match Car Allowance & Mileage reimbursement Health Care Available 4 Weeks PTO and flexible Summer Hours (Based on High School Calendar)
