National Account Manager (Burnsville)

Regalo Baby, a leading brand in infant and child safety products, is seeking a strategic National Account Manager to drive growth across major retail partnerships including Amazon, Walmart, and Target. This role owns both in-store and eCommerce channels, leading annual planning, line reviews, pricing strategy, and omnichannel growth initiatives. We are looking for a consumer products sales leader who understands how to navigate large retail organizations, build executive-level relationships, and deliver measurable revenue and margin growth.

What You’ll Own Strategic leadership of key national retail accounts Joint business planning and revenue growth strategy Line reviews, assortment planning, pricing, and promotions Forecasting, P&L oversight, and performance analytics eCommerce growth initiatives (Amazon experience preferred) Cross-functional collaboration to ensure retail execution excellence

What You Bring 5–10+ years of consumer products retail sales experience Proven success managing big-box accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Target strongly preferred) Experience across brick-and-mortar and digital retail channels Strong analytical, negotiation, and executive communication skills
