Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carrier Sales Representative role based in Memphis, TN. The Carrier Sales Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiate rates, and coordinate freight operations to ensure efficient transportation services. Key responsibilities include identifying carrier capacity, managing shipments, resolving logistical issues, and providing exceptional service to clients and partners. The role requires proactive communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.
Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in logistics, freight operations, and transportation services Problem-solving skills to address and resolve logistical challenges Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience in sales, logistics, or transportation is highly preferred Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus
