Our PE owned manufacturing partner is looking to bring on a Sr. Sales Executive in the Midwest. This role will report directly to the sales manager with room for growth. Our partner is a large industrial test and measurement manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Financial Performance · Develop and execute strategic sales plans and budgets to drive profitable growth and increase market share within the assigned industrial territory or market verticals. · Conduct accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and variance analysis, initiating corrective actions where necessary. · Negotiate and finalize high-value, complex sales contracts and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

Key Account & Market Focus · Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with major industrial clients, key decision-makers (e.g., Engineering Managers, Procurement Directors), and strategic partners. · Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify new product/service opportunities and inform the overall business strategy. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management) to ensure customer requirements are met, and to provide actionable market intelligence for product roadmaps. --- Required Qualifications & Skills · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. · Technical Acumen: Strong ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical products and industrial applications (e.g., machinery, components, systems integration).
