is seeking high-caliber mid-level and senior associates to join its growing Real Estate Practice in Houston.
This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value real estate transactions within a nationally integrated platform that combines Texas market strength with a premier national footprint.

The Practice
The team advises leading institutional investors, private equity sponsors, developers, and lenders on complex transactions across asset classes and capital structures. Core areas include:
Debt Finance Mortgage and mezzanine financings (lender and borrower side) Single-asset and portfolio transactions Large-scale refinancings
Equity & Joint Ventures Structuring joint ventures and equity investments Sponsor-driven transactions across asset classes
Acquisitions & Dispositions High-value asset and portfolio acquisitions Multi-jurisdictional transactions
Development Office, multifamily, student housing, hospitality, life sciences, industrial, and mixed-use projects
The Houston office works closely with colleagues across major U.S. markets, providing exposure to both regional and national deal flow.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate sophisticated transaction documents Structure complex debt and equity arrangements Manage due diligence and closing processes Work directly with senior partners on high-stakes negotiations Take on meaningful responsibility in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Mid-level or senior associate experience in commercial real estate Experience in one or more of the following: Mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side) Joint-venture equity work Acquisitions and dispositions Development transactions Strong transactional lawyers from adjacent practices will also be considered Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to obtain promptly) Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills Commitment to professional growth and collaborative team culture
Compensation & Benefits
Annual compensation range:
$260,000 – $435,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
