Role Summary
The Senior Inside Sales Representative owns and grows Krosswood Doors’
Home Depot special order door business , supporting Pro Desks, Millwork Desks, and Home Depot outside sales teams. This role blends quoting, follow-up, relationship management, and product training. Core Responsibilities Inside sales / account management for Home Depot millwork & special-order doors High-volume quoting with proactive follow-up Relationship development with Pro Desk, Millwork, and HD outside sales reps Product knowledge training via Microsoft Teams Support for Pro and project-based sales opportunities CRM-based quote and opportunity tracking Cross-functional coordination with operations and customer service Required Experience Inside sales or account management experience (building materials preferred) Experience with Home Depot, Lowe’s, or big-box retail strongly preferred Background in doors, millwork, windows, cabinets, or construction products Experience with special order or configurable products Strong communication and follow-up discipline Growth Opportunity This role has a clear path to
