Identify, vet, and secure carrier capacity for customer freight Coordinate load coverage while supporting pricing and margin goals Oversee shipment progress from pickup to delivery and address issues as they arise Maintain clear and consistent communication with carrier partners Accurately document shipment details and updates in internal systems Assist with issue escalation and problem resolution when service disruptions occur Provide weekend coverage on a rotating schedule, as required Partner with the Carrier Sales Manager and team to support daily brokerage activities Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments simultaneously High attention to detail with strong follow-through Reliable, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
